Day 25: Jane's Party | #HITSBC17

Hey guys!

I can't believe I'm actually typing the intro for the last performance of 2017's Birthday Countdown.

Of course we still have three more videos coming which are all going to be very entertaining,
but the main music party is over.
I am so happy with how it all went and I adore every single act we've seen.

Please make sure to tune in again for the rest of February as all of the upcoming content is super special to me.

As you can probably tell, I'm lacking words today, so I think we should just dive into the last performance of HITSBC17, yeah?

What is #HITSBC17?
HITSBC17 stands for house in the sand's Birthday Countdown 2017.
Throughout the entire month of February, we are going to celebrate house in the sand's fifth birthday.
(Because why celebrate on one day, if you can celebrate for an entire month, right?)
With the support from some of the finest artists and bands around, each day in February will be filled with an exclusive performance just for us.

Who is performing today?
Jane's Party.
They are a four piece from Toronto, Canada.

The Alt-Pop mixed with Rock band consists of:
Devon Richardson
Tom Ionescu
Jeff Giles
Zach Sutton

The guys have been playing together since 2006, which has given them enough practice on how to work a crowd.
With their energetic and fun driven songs, Jane's Party have managed to share the stage with Blue Rodeo, Sam Roberts Band, The Arkells, Wintersleep, Matt Mays, The Maccabees, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Tom Odell, Lights, Manic Street Preachers, and others.

So far they have released:
Album: The Garage Sessions (2009)
EP: Jane's Party (2011)
Album: Hot Noise (2013)
Album: Tunnel Visions (2016)

What needs to be said about this performance?
You're going to have so much fun watching this one!
The song is super catchy and the way the band performed it for us couldn't be more entertaining.
I advice you to get up and dance whilst listening.
We filmed this video in the band's dressing room in Munich during their tour with Tom Odell.

Alright - ready for some fun? Check out Jane's Party performing their song "Coming On Strong" for us!

Who deserves a thank you?
The entire band deserves a huge thank you for that spontaneous and fun little session. The setup wasn't the most glamorous one but I think we made it work beautifully.

What can we do now?
